Daycare/Certified Infant Teacher - Up to $23/hour

Little Sprouts is currently seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to join our team in Wilmington. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 preschools and early learning centers across New England. We prioritize employee experience and are closed the week between Christmas and New Year. This offers you a guaranteed week of paid time off upon hire.  Our School Director in Wilmington has over 30 years of experience in ECE and is a trusted and dedicated mentor. Our school is easily accessible off Route 93, close to local restaurants, and much more!Competitive Pay Range: $19-$23+ /per hour

A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Manage classroom daily needs to support your student's health and well-being.
• Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.
• Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning. 

CERTIFICATIONS

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
• Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
