Group Business Continuity Manager

CONTEXT

The Group Business Continuity Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the definition and implementation of the Business Continuity Management strategy across our Group and our Maisons. It creates a full and shared view across a dynamic value chain to support our business growth in a sustainable and anti-fragile manner.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 
Together with the support of other functions, you will contribute to reinforce the level of resilience of our operations and business. You will contribute by providing your expertise and guidance on business continuity management throughout an end-to-end approach. 

For the Group, our Maisons, Regions and Entities, you will play a key role by :

• Identifying, assessing and proposing mitigation actions for major business interruptions risks.
• Maintaining and reinforcing our Business continuity management program and approach. 
• Performing deep analysis on risks and existing business continuity capabilities and proposing improvement actions for all our critical operations (manufacturing, logistics, distribution, systems, etc.) to reinforce their resilience. 
• Providing direct support to our Maisons and Group functions to formalize and implement Business Continuity plans (Business Impacts Analysis, documentation, etc.). 
• Educating our Community on Business Continuity principles and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing. 
• Providing visibility to Senior Management on existing Business Continuity initiatives, major gaps and level of maturity. 
• Identifying needs, implementing and maintaining necessary Business continuity related tools. 

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• You have + 5 years’ experience in an multinational company/consultancy firm in the field of business continuity, crisis management, security, risk management, disaster recovery.
• You have proven experience in Business continuity planning (BCP, DRP, etc.) with a very good knowledge on IT systems, manufacturing process. 
• You speak and write English and French perfectly.
• You are solutions-oriented and hands-on with the ability to keep a helicopter view. You are open-minded with a strong collaboration spirit. 
• Communication is crucial, therefore you master the art of communication and know easily build strong relationship internally and externally at all level.
• You are result orientated and can handle critical situations.
• Experience in a similar role for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and / or systems would be a solid advantage.
