Responsible for supporting the generation and consumption of data from next-generation data platforms. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Ensures proper data governance policies are followed.
Enables data application development, communicating business requirements to technology teams. Schedules and runs data application, model deployments, and validations.
Supports the development of models, analytical process, and reports. Creates efficient data consumption processes to meet service objects.
Provides support for deployed data applications and analytical models. Identifies data issues and guides issue resolutions.
Designs, develops and integrates systems using Agile development methodologies to support existing and new product features
Responsible for analyzing, testing and validating sources and output
Working knowledge with analytical tools such as SAS, Shells, WinSCP, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, Service Now
Able to identify issues with abnormal results and resolve issues before little to no impact on Listeners
Determines results from audit builds/data outputs that meet required acceptance criteria set by the Intake & Governance team which align with requirements from Policy & Procedure, Process Engineering, Business Risk, and Law & Compliance which protects the Company from risk exposure
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues with the day-to-day role to management
Responsible for monitoring and communicating to management and users of any issues, breakage or outages
Continuous process improvement including learning new technologies and methodologies
Meet all SLA requirements: AP/eProbs, completing work within scheduled sprints
Maintenances and add new audits to shell scripts for scheduling
Creates new shell scripts for scheduling
Coaches, trains and supports team members with less experience, skill and knowledge\
Works with Reporting to provide results for work being uploaded and worked with QMS\
Determines logic and structure for one off's, special request and supporting process followed up with making recommendations to management and process owners
Works to resolve Emergent Issues provided by Listening groups
Responsible for the Data Governance process which includes Data archival process and alignment on data usage across functional teams
