Senior Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer

•    Minimum 7 years of experience with embedded software development, preferably on Linux platform 
•    Experience of managing software developers
•    Strong technical knowledge of C and C++.  
•    Device driver development experience, preferably on Linux platform.  
•    Development experience with low level hardware interconnect protocols, i.e., CAN, SPI, UART, etc.
•    Manage and direct other software team members at customer site
•    Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Software Developers and Testers within a Scrum framework and other functions within a global team 
•    Co-ordinate technical support for field or manufacturing issues 

Preferred Experience in:
•    Working knowledge of Yocto project and/or Devicetree 
•    Development experience working with ADC or DAC devices
•    Experience of communications protocols, i.e., Serial, Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.
