Tax Strategist

Position Summary

1. Enhance the profitability of available spare cash by utilizing principal-protected financial commodities.
2. Serve the needed cash on time throughout the stable daily funds operation.
3. Prevent exchange positions in advance to minimize any exchange risks, hedge occurred exchange positions through forward exchange and manage hedging status.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Cash management] Operate a fixed-income product which guarantees principal, and drive tasks to increase profit by selecting a financial product.

2. [Daily income and expenditure management] Manage to predict profit and loss of capital accurately in order to minimize no-profit (or low-profit).

3. [Exchange risk management] Manage an overseas subsidiary's trade currency in order to minimize a exchange position. Examine the exchange position's hedge status which has occurred and analyze why profit and loss of foreign exchange has occurred.

4. [Performing exchange transactions] Check the amount of exchange transactions and perform exchange transactions in order to minimize profit and loss of foreign and expenses.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks

• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
