Talencia is looking for a "Project Manager IT" for one of its clients.<br> <br> Location : Brussels<br> Start date : September<br> Duration : Long term mission<br> <br> As a Project Manager, you will lead key digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency within a retail environment. Your main focus will be the replacement of the CIAM platform and the implementation of a Management Delivery platform. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business, standards and governance.<p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, quality, and change management </li> <li>Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular executive reporting </li> <li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalations </li> <li>Oversee all testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders </li> <li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance </li> <li>Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT governance, and project management best practices </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence </li> <li>Remote : 2days/week </li> <li>Languages : french (or dutch)+ english </li> </ul> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or e-Commerce environments </li> <li>Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills </li> <li>Solid business acumen with a good understanding of IT delivery and digital transformation projects </li> <li>Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset </li> </ul> In case of interest in this job, please send us your last updated resume.
