Then Emma is the right place for you. <h3>What you will do</h3> <ul> <li>Be responsible for organizing the launch of Emma’s first ever stores in Europe and ensure its success </li><li>Create the key to coordination with a clear reference to the launch (e.g., finding an appropriate location and negotiate real estate deals) </li><li>Partner with internal and external partners to assure the successful entry of the world’s largest online Sleep company into physical retail </li><li>Come up with a strategic plan how to set up the store in your market across all aspects of the business  </li><li>Be an inspirational example for team members by high performance and shown leadership </li></ul> <h3>Who we're looking for</h3> <ul> <li>More than 2 years of experience in project management </li><li>Availability to travel  </li><li>Experience in launching stores in Germany is a plus  </li><li>You can combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic skills to find solutions/improvements, and be resilient to drive your projects until the end, successfully and on time </li><li>Ideally, you bring first experience with event management and visual merchandising, with spikes in executional and relationship skills. </li><li> First-hand experience in setting up a store or pop-up store is a plus </li><li>Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance and a structured way of working </li><li>You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, roll up your sleeves and take things on the road independently </li><li>You are passionate, self-confident, and have no problem approaching others openly </li><li>You are fluent in German and English (Other languages are a plus!) </li><li>A completed degree in, Business Administration, or Marketing in a university is a plus </li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul> <li>A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals. </li><li>The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team. </li><li>Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA. </li><li>To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events. </li></ul>Become an Emmie<br/>Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
