Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: ProMed HealthcarePosition: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the well-being of our patients. Our office is open extended weekday hours and Saturday mornings and we see Primary Care, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine patients.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatment
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and injections
• Maintain accurate patient records

Experience:

• Must-have skills:
• Ability to perform basic life support procedures
• Proficient in assessing vital signs and interpreting results
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Experience in emergency room settings
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
