Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on full stack Software Developer/Tech Lead who will be part of the Investor Experience Technology organization that is responsible for providing solutions for advisors and institutions. Software Development Manager in LPL Financial Services is a critical role that requires strong technical skills. They play a key role in driving innovation and growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead, guide the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support
Design, develop, test and implement cloud based technical solutions on AWS.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices.
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a Lead capacity, guiding the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support.
10+ years of hands-on experience on Angular, .NET & C#.
7+ years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of complex systems, including data and reporting.
5+ years’ experience with AWS serverless application architecture on public cloud in .Net, Angular, Java Script, and SQL & No-SQL databases. Experience in building event driven systems leveraging Kafka.
Core Competencies:
Hands-on experience on .NET, C# & Angular.
Experience using modern application/API containerization and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx etc.)
Cloud experience (AWS)
Bring new ideas and help innovate on the suite of products to create and enhance best in class product and technology capabilities.
Be a team player, continue learning and help teach new or junior members of the team.
