Character Performer - Seasonal

Anakeesta is hiring for character performers, who will entertain our guests for our Bear-Varian Fall Festival! Our character performers play an important part in creating a dynamic, fun, exciting, and memorable experience for our guests!

Responsibilities

• Entertain guests as a Costumed Character by bringing to life the personality of the specific character through hand and body movements.

• Attends rehearsals and learns character direction

• Performs roles consistently for guests during several performance times per day, as assigned by management.

• Must be able to perform/act in costume outdoors in high/low temperatures

• In this role, you may be trained to walk on stilts, as part of your character. Those interested should not have issues with balance, or a fear of heights.

• Other duties may be assigned

• Individuals with a passion and excitement for creating a fun experience!

• People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.

• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law Benefits • Free admission for employees and their immediate family
