Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bring the ability to quickly put structure and routines in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment for our Product & Technology teams

• Lead intent alignment conversations with tech, product, and analyst teams

• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders regularly to ensure delivery of commitments

• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

• Develop and maintain metrics, monitoring, & reporting for the operations of success outcomes and key performance indicators

• Iteratively mature the teams through implementation of best practices 

• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Management or Project Management

• At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, or Engineering 

• 6+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Management or Project Management

• 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery

• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification

• 1+ years of programming queries experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project Management
