Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.

Hyve Solutions Program Manager is a position responsible for New Product Introduction activities in our Fremont, CA production facility. New Product Introduction encompasses ownership from product concept through release to mass production.

Responsibilities:

· Champion the effort to establish DFMEA, QMS and Lean Process in the NPI environment

· Drive quality standards, improvements, and metrics across NPI products, processes, automation toolset release management and testing activities. Provide critical assessment while intervening and escalating where necessary to reduce risk and prevent failure

· Shift-Left: Ensure root cause analysis of design and development failures and drive containment, corrective, and preventative actions to completion

· Drive continuous improvement through regular process audits and improvement suggestions on cost of quality, inefficiencies, gaps in testing as well as risks and opportunities in processes

· Communicate status to Customer, Sales, Field Sales Engineers, and Management

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing or program management

• 5+ years of program or product management or related experience

• 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry

• Ability to work cross-functionally with customer, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse personnel

• Solid project management skills, including the ability to multi-task.

• Prefer prior design experience, DFMEA experience a big plus.

• Occasional Travel may be required.
