The role
The Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals (COP) team is seeking a Senior Manager, DSO Growth to develop and implement commercial strategies and drive accelerated growth above market rate. This opportunity focuses on Dental Service Organizations (DSO), our largest group practices, and is key in continuing to build COP's partnerships with DSOs across the US.
** This is a remote position with 50% expected travel. Candidates may be located anywhere in the US, with a preference for the New York-Metro area. **
What you will do:
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new customers
- Lead cross-functional commercial projects to strengthen DSO partnerships and drive sales (partners include Field Team, Remote Selling Team, Call Center, Marketing, 3rd party's distributor's Sales Force, and Dental Professionals)
- Define, develop and action on engagement strategies, tools, and funding
- Lead DSO team to sell, promote and merchandise Colgate's professional products
- Develop, action, and communicate strategies and customer-specific plans to Regional Manager/Territory Manager teams for implementation in the field
- Lead relationship with Henry Schein Special Markets and coordinate National Account Manager relationship to identify Joint Business Planning opportunities through commercial planning process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
- 7+ years sales experience, preferably in a professional channel
- Consistent record of superior sales achievement
- Previous leadership and people management experience over sales team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally, at all levels
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous DSO experience
- Strong commercial knowledge and motivation to grow sales with corporate customers
- Highly driven, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Highly analytical and organized; ab
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to set priorities, coach and motivate a team
- Digitally savvy and quick to adopt new technologies
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $112,000.00 - $157,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
