The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to acquiring top talent for Mastercorp’s Hospitality and Commercial divisions. In this role, you will establish collaborative relationships across teams, improve the quality of hire, and support the end-to-end candidate experience through innovative recruitment approaches and strategies. This leader will work closely with leadership to develop, lead, talent acquisition strategy and program management in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR/Operational leadership teams. They will deliver a best-in-class candidate and employer branding experience, with a focus on delivering top talent for MasterCorp.

- Requisition Management: Handle a full-cycle requisition load, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes for Hospitality, Corporate, and Commercial Services divisions
- Team Oversight: Supervise and support a team of recruiters, responsible for high-volume recruitment, providing guidance and ensuring recruitment KPIs are met
- Training Creation and Rollout: Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers and recruiters to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
- Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Project Management: Build effective programs in partnership with talent departments inclusive of global, learning and development, marketing, and others to deliver best in class recruiting programs
- Employer Branding & Operations: Drive operational efficiencies inclusive of budget, advertising, social media/SEO campaigns, and creative sourcing strategies to impact recruiting metrics
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years managing a team and/or projects
- Proven track record of success in implementing strategy in talent acquisition operations, advertising strategy, early career programs and branding initiatives
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, executive Search, and project management
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting employer branding and talent operations functions, inclusive of advertising strategy, programmatic advertising, talent technology and data/insights
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (Workday preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as needed
