Job Summary 

Leads the Senior Resources Office for the provision of public assistance and community based supportive services for adults and seniors. This position serves to promote the provision of a broad spectrum of services to adults and the elderly including assessments, linkage with community resources, referrals and service coordination, as well as eligibility for public assistance programs. The position promotes services for care coordination through Health First Colorado for individuals, children, and families, serving as the point of contact for day to day processes. The position includes the management of and some direct care related to the following activities and programs: Senior Resources Information and Assistance/Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) program, Adult Protective Services, Adult Financial programs, Old Age Pension and Long Term Care, RAE Care Coordination.

Pay Rate 

The starting hourly range is from $25.74 to $29.31, depending on experience, plus full benefits.  

*The County pays monthly on the last weekday of the month.*

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.

• Must complete ICS 100, ICS 700 and ICS 800 within the first year of employment.

• Must complete ICS 200 and ICS 300 within the second year of employment.
