Associate Financial Advisor or Paraplanner

Small, nationally recognized, high-performing Cedar Falls, Iowa office seeks an associate financial advisor or paraplanner. Position can be remote or in-person, as well as full- or part-time. Primary duties include assisting with client appointments, financial planning analysis, and providing client service. This position will work a set schedule of daytime, weekday hours with some early evenings necessary, Monday-Thursday, between 20-40 hours per week (your preference).

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and client base, if any.

Requirements:

• Series 7 and 66 licenses are required prior to beginning employment. State life, accident and health insurance licenses are also required but may be obtained later.

• Fingerprinting and background check.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $25/hour - $50/hour. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that support all aspects of your health and well-being.
