Job Description
- As a project manager it is your responsibility to oversee the development and to track products related to sector coupling (such as wallboxes and photovoltaics including inverters, PV modules, etc.).
- Your task is to define project working packages in alignment with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Throughout the project's lifecycle, it is your duty to closely monitor and track the targets set for the projects specifically focusing on quality, cost, and time.
- Additionally, you should keep a watchful eye on supply chain and logistic issues, ensuring that any problems or challenges are addressed promptly and effectively.
- In addition to your daily tasks, you will be responsible for bringing products into the market for example merchandise products in the field of photovoltaics.
- Lastly, you will represent the project within internal stakeholder meetings, keeping all relevant parties informed and involved in the project's progress and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: in the field of Engineering, e.g. Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energies
- Experience and Know-how: in energy topics such as energy management, photovoltaics, inverter, wallboxes and familiar with electrical systems in buildings and SAP knowledge
- Personality: strong communication skills, team-oriented, proactive with a hands-on mentality, project management skills (optimal: TTM knowledge)
- Working style: structured, analytical, responsible, decisive, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Qualifications: market expertise in the field of renewable energies is an advantage, diverse cross-sector experience is desirable
- Language: excellent written and spoken English and German skills
