Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

Description

The General Labor will travel within the Cleveland Area in a company vehicle and be responsible for simple micro-market builds including minor repairs during installation process.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6 AM to done

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares for construction installations at accounts, assists in installations and removals.
• Ensure materials needed to complete the installation or replacement of equipment are in hand and prepped.
• Provide customer support during field visits.
• Work with install team and management to resolve any quality issues during installation. 
• Install Market 24/7 buildout – setting millwork, countertops, slatwall and equipment.
• Notify manager of products needed to be replenished.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow through.
• Must be able to pass DOT.
• Exhibits flexibility in completing assignments in a growing/dynamic environment.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. 
• Climbing in and out of vehicle.
• Climbing up and down ladders 
• Loading and unloading equipment from vehicle
• Bending, stooping, pulling / pushing, and twisting required.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required
