Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

In this role, you will be joining a team of 10 individuals spread of different countries and have the opportunity to participate in the group's enriching activities while being trained as an (HR) data engineer. Among your responsibilities:

 

• Creating and running SuccessFactors queries and dashboards
• Monitoring employee data quality by dashboards and expanding the KPIs by working closely with IT
• Enabling Finance in the monthly and yearly FTE reporting
• Contributing to regular security audits
• Building and maintaining a Power BI dashboard showing most important employee KPIs
• Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Translate data into stories and explore predictions based on current trends
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends

 

What We Are Looking For

 

• Higher Degree in IT, Economics, Management or related fields
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI
• You have fundamental knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch would be a great plus
• Positive attitude
• Motivation to learn and progress
