The Director, HR Business Partner - Revenue at Reddit is a critical role to Reddit’s success in achieving our singular mission to empower communities and make their knowledge accessible to all. Reddit’s People and Culture (P&C) team is seeking a seasoned Global Sales HR thought leader with a practical approach to problem solving, to proactively collaborate with leaders to help our business achieve its full potential. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRBP, and skip-reporting to Reddit’s Chief People & Culture Officer, you’ll lead a cross-functional Ads HRBP team and serve as the direct HRBP for our Chief Revenue Officer (Global Sales). At Reddit, all HRBPs play a critical role in deepening connections between P&C strategy and business success. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Be a proactive and collaborative direct partner to the Chief Revenue Officer to create and drive critical organizational initiatives
• Serve as a highly aligned, dotted-line thought partner to additional Monetization executives, including Reddit’s Chief Operating Officer, across growth marketing, technical, and sales functions.
• Lead and develop the Sales/Growth/Monetization HRBP team as they drive all cyclical P&C programs and workforce planning initiatives including org assessment, design, and development, peak performance management, succession planning, and other talent management initiatives
• Partner with leaders to build high performing teams where innovation, diverse perspectives, focus on quality and execution, inclusivity and fun are celebrated
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop scalable solutions, programs and policies to improve the Snoo experience
• Partner effectively with cross-functional P&C teams to ensure consistency and scalability of successful programs and processes

Experience you must bring with you:

• Demonstrated HR leadership experience in global revenue/sales organizations, particularly during periods of hypergrowth (pre & post-IPO)
• Proven effectiveness in executive coaching and organizational development and design
• Ability to manage full monetization HR function (sales, product, engineering, business development etc.) and understand the talent bar across each function
• Strong ability to forecast and onboard business goals, understand priorities and translate into designing and executioning impactful talent strategies and approaches
• Sound judgment and ability to coach and influence clients using both data and anecdote  
• Ability to connect diverse and geographically diffuse talent populations to single company mission to unlock excellence across all snoos
• 10+ years’ of progressive HR experience
• Deep understanding of employment law and best practices

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
