What You'll Do:
- The Clinical Educator coordinate and conducts education for nursing staff, which will enhance quality and safe patient care.
- Responsible for ensuring nursing staff within the service line units are educated to assess and identify patient care needs for assigned patients.
- Education is provided based on unit/patient needs and includes but is not limited to service line academies, skill-based competency, equipment use expertise, and/or clinical assessment competency.
- Collaborates with Director of Clinical and Life Support Education, Manager of Clinical and Life Support Education, Directors of Nursing, and Nurse managers to provide learning sessions to enhance staff knowledge and competency in the management of cost effective/clinically effective complex patient and family centered care.
