Purpose
We are seeking a MYALEPT® Strategic Account Lead (SAL) who is a competitive, pharmaceutical sales professional with integrity, drive and passion for performance who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. This individual must have experience with strategic, large account management, identifying opportunities through local market intelligence gathering and effective data analysis. The SAL with have systemwide ownership of key CoE/IDN/hospital systems to support brand strategy and pull-thru with key HCPs. This person will analyze the local market to develop account management mapping and plans that identify key stakeholders that will drive brand growth.
The MYALEPT® Strategic Account Lead (SAL) will deliver HCP & staff product, disease state and resource education to expand their identification and treatment of appropriate patients with our medication in key, strategic accounts. The SAL will report directly to the Regional Business Director (RBD) while working with overlapping salespeople as well as a cross-functional team to ensure the key customers in strategic accounts understands clinical data, payer access information and company resources to support prescribing, initiation, and continuity of therapy for patients. The SAL will also work to expand these key HCPs relationship with CHIESI and internal senior leaders. In addition, the SAL will work to understand the referral network within their geography. They may also need to discuss Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) Program, if it is required for the prescription medication they are selling.
The SAL role is paramount to CHIESI’s future success as we strive to become a leading, global rare disease company. This role requires a unique set of skills that demands excellent account management, customer engagement & communication skills, strategic planning & execution, clinical expertise, collaboration, consistent compliant behaviors, and a commitment to the patients and their families. This person must enjoy working within a high functioning team with the goal to help everyone succeed for the benefit of the patients we serve. NO relocation support will be offered for this position.
