Requirements


  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to employment.
  • DEA certification with the ability to prescribe controlled substances.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
