Client Services Associate

Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing and filing paperwork
• Interacting with Clients daily at multiple facilities
• Updating Microsoft excel spreadsheets and word documents with new information within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receiving
• Communicating with internal and external offices
• Traveling to Jake Kuertz/ Greg Bowen centers
• Traveling to Local Department of Community Based services offices (Washington County and Nelson County)
• Other duties as they arise

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of high school diploma or GED

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Valid Ky Driver’s License

Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

Able to Confidently Communicate

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.
• Adheres to the Isaiah House Core Values- proactively contributing to a positive team culture
• Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
• Consistently clock in/out via Paylocity daily
