Overview We're looking for 2 HRBP Managers at PayFit :- 1 overseeing the CS & Compliance department (this job position)- 1 overseeing the Tech department and the UK (please apply for the other position)
What will be your role?As the HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 2 HRBPs with potentially 1 HR Specialist (in dotted line) and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to our employees and business units. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters to drive business success and employee engagement.
Team & Operational Management: - Manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. - Set clear objectives, establish priorities, and monitor team progress toward goals. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Strategic HR Partnership: - Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and priorities, and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.- Provide strategic advice and guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement to drive business success. - Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, offering insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
Employee Relations: - Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and mitigate legal risks. - Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
Talent Acquisition and Development: - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction and selection of talents- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, develop talent pipelines, and implement succession plans. - Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Operations and Compliance: - Oversee and optimize HRBP processes (including compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS, and HR policies and procedures) ensuring efficient, standardized, and effective delivery of HR services. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, generate HR metrics and reports, and analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making. - Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, proactively addressing compliance issues and implementing necessary changes.

This job has been tailored for you if :- You have a proven experience as a Senior HRBP or HR Manager, with a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a strong track record of strategic HR partnership, leadership, and people management skills;- You have in-depth knowledge of French HR employment laws and regulations;- You know how to be a strategic thinker who will accompany this department through transformation and change management;- You are both strategic and operational;- You are being comfortable navigating in a fast-paced environment;- You are oriented towards efficient and flexible solutions.Hiring process :
