THE ROLE
Legends Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations for the Staten Island FerryHawks at SIUH Community Park. This role is responsible for the operational excellence, and financial performance of all concessions, premium hospitality, catering, and special event F&B services within the venue. The General Manager will drive guest experience, revenue growth, and team development while ensuring best-in-class service standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and thrives in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere, with a passion for leading teams and creating enjoyable experiences for fans and visitors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day F&B operations across all hospitality spaces including concessions, suites and clubs. Includes none game day events and catering.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and per-cap spending.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through quality food, service efficiency, and innovative offerings.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and hourly staff.
- Implement and maintain Legends’ operational standards, policies, and service protocols.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to design menus that reflect local tastes and trends.
- Optimize staffing models and labor management to align with event demands and financial targets.
- Establish strong partnerships with the Client, venue leadership, and local stakeholders.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to continuously improve offerings and operations.
- Lead execution of game days, concerts, and special events with a focus on operational excellence.
- Drive premium hospitality experiences, including VIP areas, suites, and private events.
- Champion a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
- Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.
- Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospitality leadership position ideally within a stadium or sports and entertainment environment.
- Ideally bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Stronge knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and operational best practices within a live event environment.
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay of $80,000 per year plus eligible bonus scheme, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
