Job Description
Amogy is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing People Team! As the Technical Recruiter, you will be in charge of sourcing and screening talented candidates with deep technical abilities in the oil and gas, energy, chemical processing, automotive, manufacturing, renewable energy and/or maritime industries!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Amogy’s Sr. Technical Recruiter to guide technical candidates through the process of screening, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Effectively and actively source, screen and interview applicants for technical skills and ability
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified and diverse talent
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview team
- Partner with internal team at large to arrange interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary
Requirements
Minimum requirements we seek:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment in the oil & gas, chemical processing, automotive, manufacturing, or renewable energy industry
- Experience in hiring specialized engineers in chemical, mechanical, electrical, combustion, thermal, HIL, wire harnessing, systems engineering, software simulation and modeling etc.
- Experienced sourcing, networking, and attracting diverse talent
- Experienced in partnering with technical hiring managers to meet hiring targets both domestically and internationally
- Experience negotiating and generating offers
- Prior experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to track interview and hiring workflow
- Prior experience using social and digital sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable)
- Prior experience sourcing with non-paid recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Background in green energy or chemical sectors preferred
- Experience at a rapid growth company
