Job Description

Postul General Accounting Senior Project Leader (F/M) face parte din cadrul Directiei Financiare.

Responsabilitati:

• Coordinates the implementation of projects decided at the Renault Group level. Participates in the implementation of other Group management projects with financial-accounting implications to ensure compliance with Renault Group policies and legislation in this field.

• Formalizes, analyzes, harmonizes, and develops financial-accounting policies and methodologies for Renault Group entities in Romania, in accordance with Renault Group financial policies and International Accounting Standards.

• Updates financial-accounting policies and methodologies in line with legislative changes to ensure the coherence and legality of the Group's accounting records.

• Conducts comparative analyses in accordance with Renault norms and Romanian regulations to ensure rigorous internal control over the incomes, expenses, assets, and liabilities of the entities within the scope of responsibility.

• Prepares local financial statements according to Romanian rules and consolidated financial statements according to Group rules (balance sheet, profit and loss account, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows, and management report) for Automobile Dacia and other entities within the scope of activity.

Profil cautat:

• Extensive Accounting Experience: over 10 years of experience in all major areas of accounting.

• Legislative and Regulatory Compliance: keeps up-to-date with legislation and regulations, implements changes, and ensures compliance.

• Analytical Skills: strong capacity to analyze and synthesize accounting data.

• Digital Proficiency: proficient in MS Office.

• Language Skills: advanced level in English or French.

• Project Management: excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team Coordination: capable of organizing working groups on technical topics involving various functions.

• Influence and Decision-Making: ability to influence others, negotiate, and make decisions in a complex and fast-changing environment.

• People and Results Orientation: focused on both people and results.

• Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new situations.

• Additional Advantages: experience as a people manager and knowledge of SAP systems.
