We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist t to join the Finance team in our Detroit office. Roland Berger is currently working in a hybrid environment.
Job Description
- Review vendor invoices for proper documentation, obtain necessary approvals, and process payments
- Coordinates all accounts payable responsibilities for multiple entities in multiple countries
- Screens and registers new vendors
- Develops and maintains relationship with vendors
- Obtains approval and processes invoices using accounting software
- Processes invoice payments timely and accurately
- Reviews and processes employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
- Performs accounting duties such as transactions and account maintenance
- Works with the broader accounting team on other accounting related topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Proven work experience in accounts payable
- At least 3 years of directly applicable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail oriented
- Ability to accurately process data
- Good communication skills
