Your Tasks

• Omnichannel business develpment focus: Develop & support initiatives to drive additional Sales through Online channel. Identify and set-up inititatives to increase performance of omnichannel sales teams.
• Complete end-to-end project management to support on-going projects and developments of the digital sales platforms & processes. Development of new initiatives in conjunction with Sales & Finance departments to support business requirements.
• Provide dynamic project management & stakeholder alignment with relevant experience to support ongoing projects & developments. Ability to communicate clearly and escalate when relevant.
• Support on new sales model strategy design & planning from a  short, medium and long-term perspective together with the client project managers. Develop new initiatives in conjunction with Sales and Finance departments to support business requirements, as well as managing relationships with 3rd party development agencies.
• Regularly align with key Marketing, Sales and Financial Services stakeholders within the client organization on relevant performance, initiatives, and support topics. Attend regular development & progress meetings with development agency confirming & prioritising requirements as relevant.

This role is envisaged as a hybrid role with at least 2 days per week in office (Farnborough).

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development desired in the following areas: Automotive industry, B2B sales, Project management & coordination (preferably within Automotive)
• Bachelor degree in business or related preferred
• Project management certification a plus
• Language skills: English (native level C2)
• Valid driving license required
