Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist (Level 4) to support the 767/777 Change Management team based out of Everett, Washington.

This role will act as a Change Board Scheduler.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments

• Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions

• Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements

• Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.

• Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of experience with baseline management

• 5+ years of experience of aerospace or manufacturing industry experience

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders

• Working in a high pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective

Summary Pay Range: $114,300 - $140,000
