The Operational Readiness team supports and drives the most critical strategic initiatives and projects across Ensemble to support our growth. The AVP, Assessments & Integrations is a senior healthcare professional responsible for managing adherence, governance, implementation and maintenance of our Assessments & Integrations framework to drive operational and client performance. The AVP will oversee the transformation using lean principles to continually optimize processes, ensure timely migration for new clients, updating with technology advancements and getting to the root cause of performance impacted by operations not adhering to the model. The responsibilities include leading a team who successfully implement and maintain Assessments & Integrations and other projects based on the highest priorities, value, on-time delivery, and with the highest quality.
The skills of the role require extensive experience of Healthcare practices, large scale programs, projects, and integration services in healthcare and RCM. Key attributes are extensive leadership and management in establishing and improving enterprise governance, continuous improvement principles, successfully leading multiple initiatives, measuring value, and ability to be flexible to support our rapidly growing business while ensuring adequate discipline for meeting or exceeding all client and internal expectations – scope, time, cost, value, risk, KPI.
The role includes coordinating across departments to promote a collaborative approach to delivery for successful outcomes. Successful outcomes will ensure that deliverables are on-time and fall within the applicable scope, value and budget. The AVP will lead and direct the work of others, accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Some travel will be required.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Standard Operating Model Development and Optimizations:
• Lead and implement a comprehensive, standardized revenue cycle operating model that aligns with industry best practices and organizational goals, including clear workflows, performance metrics, SOPs, job-aids and quality standards across all operations and revenue cycle functions.
Process Optimization:
• Continuously analyze and identify areas for improvement within the SOM process to optimize through technology and innovation advancements – includes updating models, re-education to associates and alignment with leading and lagging indicators as predictors to ensure KPI adherence.
Adherence Management:
• Ensure adherence to the approved models by monitoring KPIs, conducting audits and root cause analysis for KPIs not on target. If issues found deploying team to resolve issue across all clients.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with Client Delivery, Operations, Finance and Analytics team to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of Program/Project Managers, analysts and support resources to ensure adherence and improvements to the model occur ti
