Finance & AccountingThe Investment and Corporate Banking (I&CB) business in BMO Capital Markets comprises of investment banking underwriting and advisory services, corporate lending, deposit taking, and banking services, and merchant banking to large corporations and financial sponsors in Canada, the United States, and select international locations.
The I&CB Finance team is responsible for Finance relationship management and all aspects of I&CB management financial reporting including planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support.
The LFO, US I&CB leads the Chicago based I&CB US Finance team and supports US based businesses and key relationships in partnership with the rest of I&CB Finance. The I&CB US team also works to support specific US systems, processes, and requirements with the wider BMO US Finance team
Supports the management of the business/group, providing advice and service on financial management activities in alignment with Group/enterprise goals and governance standards. Acts as a financial centre of competence and strategic partner for the business/group supporting short, medium and long term objectives; provides decision support, including information, expertise, advice and recommendations on opportunities and exposures. Monitors performance against financial plans, forecasts, initiatives and objectives, escalating issues as required.
