What you’ll do:
Population Intelligence & Activation
- Partner with all Population Intelligence & Activation clients to educate, advise, and execute audience pulls for delivery and campaign activation in LiveRamp.
- Manage end-to-end audience onboarding and distribution across all activation clients.
- Deliver audiences and consumer analytics as required by clients.
- Ensure proper setup of users and client organizations prior to kickoff.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Attend client meetings to provide status updates, technical recommendations, and strategic guidance while soliciting feedback to ensure alignment.
- Translate complex technical data structures into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders, including marketing and business users.
- Develop clear documentation and engaging training materials to support adoption and understanding of our dataset.
Data Integration & Process Optimization
- Support clients on data integration workflows across marketing technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing platforms.
- Work with customer's teams to establish a successful integration of our data into their ecosystems for seamless audience generation for marketing campaign activation
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to investigate discrepancies in data loads (e.g., missing/incomplete data).
- Identify opportunities to streamline Population Intelligence workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives by pulling data and insights.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to provide user perspective feedback on enhancements and new features.
- Partner with vendors and external agencies to troubleshoot data quality issues and efficiently launch marketing campaigns.
- Work with external systems integrator (SI) teams to ensure client needs are met in data and activation integrations.
- Manage relationships with vendors for the purchase and appending of consumer email records.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Marketing background preferred).
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
- Experience with data integration and management of data structures in marketing clouds (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
