Position Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing both field and administrative aspects of vaccine clinic operations across Michigan. This includes supervising vaccinators, managing clinic schedules, onboarding and training staff, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facility partners. The role also includes occasional participation in clinic operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and organizational skills, a positive and caring attitude, and a commitment to service excellence. This person should be approachable and supportive, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment for both staff and facilities.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of vaccine specialists across the state.

Coordinate clinic schedules and staffing to meet facility needs.

Serve as the main clinical contact for contracted facilities.

Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate staff rosters and up-to-date scheduling.

Provide education, coaching, and day-to-day support to field staff.

Manage vaccine and supply inventories in compliance with handling and storage protocols.

Participate in vaccination clinics when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Complete administrative tasks related to scheduling, compliance, and documentation.

Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical setting; supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with digital documentation tools.

Capable of working independently and traveling throughout Michigan.

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Strong commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and quality of care.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Able to work in a variety of facility and community settings.

Frequent use of standard office and medical equipment.

Routine exposure to sanitizing agents and healthcare environments.
