Job: Director of Enterprise QALocation: Phoenix, AZ
QUALIFICATIONS:Effective oral and written communication skills required to interpret, resolve, and document system problems. Provides thought leadership and collaboration opportunities in the space of quality metrics/analytics throughout PDM, Research, and KiteEstablishes effective QMS Data Governance processes and leads strategies for use across the systems.Analyzes industry quality metrics, and trends to understand competitive or regulatory landscape changes to adjust performance indicators as appropriate.Maintains Quality Management Review programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls ensuring adherence to established standards and agency guidelines.Drives and continuously improves PDM's Quality Management Review Programs across the various levels of the organization (EMQR, Site QMRs, Quality Core Metrics, etc.)Proven track record in leading development of test automation strategy, tools and frameworksStrong understanding of network and security design and the implication of these on performance; and ability recommend alternative solutions for addressing application bottlenecks.
Experience leading leaders.Experience working with and leading offsite teams is required.Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Possess knowledge of integration with enterprise systems and overall architectural standards.Candidate has personal time-management skills with an ability to meet individual and team deadlines.Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.Possess the ability to communicate effectively with business users alongside multiple IT team disciplines.
