Technology Product Strategy and Integration - Assistant Vice President

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>iCapital is looking to hire a Technology Product Strategy and Integration Assistant Vice President to join the Business Excellence department. The Operations and Investment Technology Product Strategy and Integration team drives cross platform initiatives that enhance scale, global consistency, and operational excellence across the iCapital platform. The team partners with OIPM functional teams, Product Managers and Engineering teams to shape operations platform strategy, define technology requirements, and ensure the platform evolves to meet OIPM’s priorities. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape operational strategy, and deliver technology capabilities that scale globally.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute and oversee a complex portfolio of cross platform projects.</li> <li>Define project scope, assess business impact, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.</li> <li>Drive KPI-focused projects that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, and scalability.</li> <li>Own end-to-end business analysis (i.e. requirements gathering, documentation, and post implementation benefit reviews).</li> <li>Conduct business processes and operating model reviews aligned to iCapital’s global standards.</li> <li>Identify process and technical enhancement opportunities across the iCapital platform.</li> <li>Partner with Product Managers to shape and deliver new operational platform functionality.</li> <li>Identify and escalate project issues, risks, and dependencies proactively.</li> <li>Facilitate cross organizational communication and integration meetings to drive alignment and issue resolution.</li> <li>Develop training materials, release notes, and deliver user training on new processes and system capabilities.</li> <li>Support and contribute to projects that span global regions and time zones.</li> <li>Recommend practical, data driven technology solutions to business problems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in the private market or wealthtech space</li> <li>Understanding of operations in alternative investments, banking, or asset and wealth management</li> <li>Knowledge of private markets ecosystem and alts products lifecycle</li> <li>Experience with technology‑enabled controls, data analytics, and workflow tools</li> <li>Strong business analysis and project management skills</li> <li>Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver technology or process‑driven solutions</li> <li>Exceptional prioritization, communication,
