Job Description:

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

• Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 to $70,000

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

• Experience in Packaging/Production preferred

• Experience leading quality initiatives and audits is preferred

What you'll do as a Supervisor QA:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Quality, addressing questions, investigating issues, and supporting root cause analysis as the QA representative when needed

• Lead and support customer and regulatory audits, including preparation, on‑site execution, response development, and follow‑up actions

• Monitor, document, and report performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs

• Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), safety programs, while promoting a strong quality culture across the facility

• Collect, track, analyze, and report quality metrics, incidents, and non‑conformances; investigate issues to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure proper QA hold, release, inspection, audit, rework, and batch record approval processes are completed accurately and communicated internally and externally

• Perform hands‑on quality activities as needed, including line audits, material inspections, work order reviews, and final release of finished goods while modeling safety, PPE, and professional standards

Summary
Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. They will be accountable that the staff is performing to standard and has to ensure that progress is made to achieve the business objectives.

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations;

• Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications

• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics

• Working in collaboration with customer in all aspect of operations

• Meet regularly with team members collectively, as well as on an individual basis to monitor progress towards meeting objectives, track performance, coach and counsel as well as recognizing team and individual successes
