As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a distinguished residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries with exceptional customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible and attentive presence at the front desk, while also assisting with communication and coordination during any incidents or emergencies. Job Schedule:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
- Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and/or concerns.
- Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required
