Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a First Impression Officer to work in a professional downtown building. This full-time position requires someone with strong customer service skills, a polished presence, and at least 2 years of security experience. You’ll serve as the first point of contact, ensuring safety while creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Hourly Rate: $20.50 / HREmployment Type: Full Time

Schedule Details:

Shifts Available: Morning, AfternoonWork Location: Downtown professional building

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 2+ years of security experience required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by implementing safety/security procedures and site-specific policies

• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building and surrounding perimeter

• Operate Access Control systems, verify guest credentials, and log visitor details

• Greet and assist all employees, tenants, and guests entering the building

• Represent the client and AUS in a professional and welcoming manner
