As a Fund Accounting Senior Director within our Private Equity Outsourcing practice, you will provide executive‑level leadership across our private markets fund administration platform. You will shape service delivery strategy, lead large multi‑layered teams, oversee complex client portfolios, and drive operational excellence at scale. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who brings deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for building high‑performing organizations.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Define and drive the overall service delivery strategy for private markets operations, ensuring scalability, consistency, and best‑in‑class client outcomes.

  • Lead Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, and broader fund accounting teams; guide organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape and advance strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation efforts, and long‑term business planning.

  • Oversee large‑scale client delivery, ensuring excellence across governance, risk, controls, and regulatory expectations.

  • Serve as the executive escalation point for complex or high‑impact client matters, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.

  • Drive continuous improvement by setting and reinforcing operational standards, developing frameworks, and implementing efficiency‑enhancing processes across the practice.

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, contributing to retention, expansion, and enterprise‑level growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 15 years of private equity fund accounting or private markets administration experience, with deep technical expertise across complex structures.

  • Proven executive‑level leadership experience overseeing large, multi‑layered accounting or service delivery organizations.

  • Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational development.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across teams, lead through complexity, and maintain trusted client relationships.

  • Track record of implementing scalable processes, enhancing operational frameworks, and driving continuous improvement.
