Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to join our rapidly-growing company. In this senior leadership role, you will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams within Anaconda. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in program management and leadership to advance initiatives in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex, high-impact technical programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to define program strategy, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive program plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, product management, and key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Track program milestones, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve escalations to ensure programs remain on track.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in technical program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing program budgets.
