YOUR ROLE
As a Maintenance Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper condition and operation of the warehouse’s machinery. This includes packaging machines, sorting machines, conveyors, and other technical installations. In addition to your daily tasks, you will collaborate with colleagues from other internal departments on improvement projects.

In this role, you will be part of the Technical Services department, a diverse and enthusiastic team working in two shifts. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for executing and administratively processing maintenance activities. You will report to the Team Lead Maintenance from your location in Tilburg.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Properly execute or outsource corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and periodic inspections.
• Provide support for projects and small renovations.
• Contribute to machine park improvements by proposing targeted suggestions.
• Report on work progress and notable issues in our CMMS Ultimo.
• Supervise external technical specialists and manage the technical warehouse.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in Mechatronics/Metalectro, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Employee or in a similar role within a logistics environment.
• A team player and hands-on professional who can work independently but also enjoys teamwork.
• Fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch.
• Flexible availability and willing to work full-time.
