Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for an outstanding, high-performing Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and collaborates across the organization to ensure the company achieves its financial & strategic goals.

Your Impact

  • Partner with the business units and key leadership to provide visibility to key revenue & gross margin drivers/stories to help drive the company to hit its financial & strategic targets
  • Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected revenue & gross margin results; deliver meaningful insights into business performance
  • Drive key management reporting initiatives at Under Armour; creating key templates and tools for a consistent review of financial data across every part of Under Armour
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross-functional colleagues and business leaders
  • Cross-collaborate with partners in finance, accounting, investor relations, legal, functional teams, etc.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university; ideally in business administration, accounting/finance, or economics
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in finance/accounting, analytics, or planning
  • Experience in financial modeling and management reporting, preferably in a Corporate/Global capacity as part of a medium/large multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of management reporting best practices, financial reporting, and financial modeling
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and technical modeling
  • Ability to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
  • Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from ou rglobal headquarters in Baltimore, MD
  • Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remot

Base Compensation

  • $81,445.00 - $111,987.70 USD
