Responsibilities:

- Lead the full-stack development of TikTok's U.S. Governance Solutions, delivering advanced technical capabilities to improve overall business efficiency.

- Design and build full-stack business platforms and user-facing features across web and mobile, including governance MCP services and AI-driven solutions for both internal and external users.

- Develop and optimize systems related to creator governance, e-commerce ecosystem integrity, content moderation, and copyright protection.

- Continuously enhance user experience by implementing quantitative service monitoring, automated alerts, and data-driven operational dashboards.
