Job Responsibilities:

• Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional (global) partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators, enterprise customers);
• Ownership and pipeline management of opportunities for renewals, extensions of existing business in Salesforce;
• Work with customers and partners to streamline renewals through proactive communication;
• Proactive communication with partners and customers for possible upsell of existing installations;
• Quote generation, regular cadence of customer notification, and diligent follow up;
• License and records data administration, validation, license prorating and co-terming;
• Collaboration with internal teams; alignment with Services, Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting;
• Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures (Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office applications.
• Effective teamwork, ability to work independently and think critically.
• Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work in a global team setup.
