Visual Designer (Part-Time)

The existing in-home care process involves a patchwork of different vendors, all connected through faxes and phone calls. We’re building modern, robust software that solves this challenge. We currently operate across 47 states with most of the largest health systems in the US.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working as a visual designer, preferably in the tech industry.
• Experience in designing a range of marketing materials, including landing pages, social media content, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
• Proven track record of collaborating with clients to establish and refine visual style guides.
• Experience in designing interactive assets, such as websites or software interfaces.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency in design language.
• Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product designer and CEO to create high-quality visual design assets for our new company landing page.
• Craft top-tier, high-fidelity visual assets that elevate our online presence as a medical tech company.
• Deliver all visual assets to the team in suitable format. For any interactive elements requiring engineering implementation, ensure clear specifications and effective communication during handoff.
• Ensure consistency in visual style across all outputs, clearly conveying the visual to the target audiences of our landing page (clients and potential job applicants).

About this Role:

• This is a part time (10-20 hr/week) 1-2 month contract with an option to extend the contract based on performance and company needs.
• We're hiring this designer to support the landing page redesign project with potential for future collaboration on marketing visual asset design.
• Ideally, we're looking for someone who can collaborate with us beyond the short term and would be open to future engagements with the team.
