What You'll Be Doing

• Provide timely, professional support to customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure seamless delivery.
• Communicate product, service, and delivery information clearly and confidently.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support operational efficiency.
