SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER 

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager, who is ready to bring their expertise on board and work with us! The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for driving organizational vision and operational strategy for Publicis Groupe Hungary. This role is crucial for the integration of all our internal brands in terms of operational processes: internal resource management, freelancer management including hiring needs, project management tool usage and performance management guidelines, to mention a few. The Senior Operations Manager handles our internal processes and workflows on a daily basis, meanwhile constantly seeking opportunities for process optimization within the company. Additionally, an ongoing analysis is expected of cost optimizing opportunities as well as targeting new business prospects with linked KPIs. 

Main roles & responsibilities: 

Leading a team of 2 and reporting to Head of HR, the main roles & responsibilities are: 

• Internal resource management 
• Freelancer strategy & management 
• Driving efficiency within resource management 
• Staffing plan development with business leads and resource planning with current and needed capacity 
• CEE orgchart and data update regarding staff of PGH accross CEE countries 
• Leading internal initiatives and internal projects 
• Process development for new and existing clients 
• Owning our project management tool & platform: Monday.com 
• New business & incremental scope identifying workshop facilitation 
• 360 workshop facilitation internally, supporting HR team 
• Growing stability of workstreams via processes 
• Identifying problems 
• Action plan development based on problems 
• Identify missing skillsets and opportunities for upskill / reskill for teams or for individuals 
• Supporting the Talent Lead in the leadership of People & Culture team, creating reports in a timely manner 

Attitude & Qualities: 

• 5+ years of experience, preferably coming from an agency environment in the advertisement / marketing / communication / media industry 
• A thorough understanding of the business, coming from Client Service background and/or Operations Management background 
• Fluent English skills needed, besides native Hungarian 
• Strong Project Management skills 
• Experience managing digital projects 
• A love for details, organization and moving projects forward 
• Appreciation of creative process and quality 
• Understanding of budget implications, cost of work to be done 
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees across departmental lines and seniority, as well as with external resources
