POSITION SUMMARY

As a Digital Lead in finance, you’ll support department-wide initiatives to streamline reporting and transaction processing through the development of advanced automation solutions. Through demonstrated knowledge of business applications, reporting and automation technologies, you’ll have a hand in transforming the ways of working for corporate and remote based stakeholders by delivering business solutions that reduce time and effort needed to perform repetitive, rules-based tasks.

  • Identify, capture, and deliver opportunities to improve Finance team's impact as a trusted business partner by accelerating decision making and advanced analysis through insights
  • Partner with our Digital Acceleration team to identify and deliver clean financial data to support departmental and individual solutions
  • Support and lead efforts to partner with internal stakeholders to understand current ways of working and identify opportunities to leverage automation and enhanced reporting capabilities
  • Gather and refine business requirements from Finance and internal customer partners to automate business processes and workflows
  • Lead development and support activities for a portfolio of automation and reporting projects
  • Provide basic internal training and guidance to end users to support adoption of developed reporting and automation solutions
  • Engaging in the development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Associates Degree in Business/Finance or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working in or supporting Corporate Finance functions
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP transactional and data experience in Finance
  • 3+ years developing in PowerBI and programming automation tools including Microsoft Power Automate

 

Other

  • 1+ years of Project Management is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000-$141,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
